 mursi people of southern omo Ethiopia and were on idea comes from my feeling the first time i visited the mursi tribe of south omo the woman of course  of custom have their lips cut so a disk can be inserted around the age 15 just before marriage the sheer amount of adorament with which they ornament themselves is awork of art in and of itself the mursi are nomadic and roughly 7500 who remain live mainly in the mango national  park    To paint the lip plates and all the decoration seem paintless to me
